The AUTOMOTIVE SERVICING NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to

linen stocks at end-user locations, assist with patient mobility, assist in transporting patients,
bio-psycho-social support care of patients and handle waste in a health care environment.
HOUSEKEEPING NC II
The HOUSEKEEPING NC II program consists of competencies that a person must achieve to prepare guest
premises and equipment, laundry linen and guest clothes, provide housekeeping services and provide
hotels, motels, clubs, hospitals, resorts, dormitories and luxury liners.
COMMERCIAL COOKING, NC II
The program consists of competencies that a person must achieve to clean kitchen areas, prepare hot,
desserts for guests in various food and beverage service facilities
SHIELDED METAL ARC WELDING NC II
This program is designed to enhance the knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills to perform
welding work to the standard expected in the workplace.
The course covers, competencies such as; utilize specialized communications, develop team and
problem solving techniques in the workplace, perform workplace safety and housekeeping, interpret
work area equipment and accessories, prepare weld joints, deposit weld beads, prepare materials and
carbon steel pipes and plates in all position for fillet and groove welds.
